A 45,000 word fragmented novel blending fiction, memory, and art — featuring over 70 full-colour illustrations.
Set in near-future Dover. It blends autofiction, satire and speculative dystopia, moving through themes of addiction, family, cults, migration, technology and survival. A tale that twists and turns and takes you to some unexpected places.
After I had written it I couldn’t wait to see it as a physical object. I found out about print on demand and leant how to do the typesetting in Affinity Publisher.
I sent it to two publishers and amazingly Inkspot Publishing wanted to take it on. Now in a few months it will actually be out there in a box in a room or maybe even on some shelves.
